Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and scale a cutting-edge platform to support an expanding user base. Lead and inspire technical teams in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Hire, onboard, and manage developers, DevOps engineers, and other key technical roles. Build and structure a high-performing engineering team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and innovative culture. Make key architectural decisions, with hands-on involvement when necessary. Utilize your expertise in modern web technologies such as React, Node.js, GraphQL, MongoDB, and AWS to guide the team. Collaborate closely with the leadership team to align technology with business goals and drive financial milestones. About You: Strong experience in leading tech teams and building scalable platforms. A proven track record in managing and scaling engineering teams. Hands on approach with the ability to make architectural decisions and drive technical strategy. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
