Digitech are partnered with a prestigious Asset Management company and are looking for an experienced Workplace Technology Engineer to join their growing team. This is a full-scope role covering Level 1 to Level 3 support. You’ll work directly with end users across the business, providing responsive support, managing devices, and driving automation and process improvements.

You’ll also take ownership of video conferencing tools, identity integrations, and endpoint management. If you enjoy solving problems, automating tasks, and improving the way people work, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End IT Support: Resolve hardware, software, and access issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, and collaboration tools.
  • Video Conferencing: Install, support, and optimise tools like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Yealink systems.
  • Device & App Management: Deploy and manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune, including software updates, policies, and compliance.
  • SSO & Identity: Support SSO integrations using Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Enterprise Apps, and protocols like SAML & SCIM.
  • Automation & Scripting: Use tools like PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks and streamline support processes.
  • Training & Documentation: Help users get the most out of Microsoft 365 tools and create useful guides, FAQs, and self-help content.
  • Security & Compliance: Enforce security standards like MFA, encryption, and remote wipe, working closely with the security team.

Skills required

  • Strong background in desktop/user support (L1–L3), ideally in a fast-paced or corporate environment.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and common collaboration tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD / Entra ID, and identity/access management.
  • Scripting knowledge (PowerShell or similar) and a drive to automate.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a genuine interest in tech and innovation.
