Our client is a specialist cyber security consultancy known for deep technical capability and a strong offensive security culture. With an established team of CTMs, CTLs, red teamers, and advanced offensive specialists, they are now looking for experienced CHECK Team Leads to drive high assurance testing across complex environments.

The Role

As a CTL, you will lead CHECK engagements end‐to‐end, guide CTMs and junior testers, and act as a trusted technical voice for clients. You will work closely with red team and offensive security experts, contribute to tooling and methodology, and help shape the direction of the practice.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver high‐quality CHECK assessments
  • Scope, plan, and execute various types of testing
  • Mentor CTMs and support team development
  • Communicate findings clearly to technical and non‐technical audiences
  • Collaborate on advanced or blended offensive engagements
  • Support proposals and pre‐sales when needed

Requirements

  • Current CHECK Team Lead (CTL) status
  • Current PriCSP or ChCSP status
  • Active SC Clearance
  • Deep offensive security knowledge and hands-on testing ability
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
