About the Role
In this entry-level yet impactful role, you’ll be the first line of support for developed applications, managing internal and external queries. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, manage application deployments, and ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and efficient resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st line application support for internal teams and external clients globally
- Troubleshoot issues, recommend solutions or workarounds, and document fixes
- Support customer onboarding, rollouts, and implementation tasks
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in the database
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely resolutions
- Assist with upgrades, server builds, and product customisations
- Contribute to and update internal documentation and processes
- Support compliance with ISO standards and information security requirements
- Help support US clients during evenings (on a shared rota basis)
