DIGITEC, a leader in Foreign Exchange SaaS specializing in Swaps, NDF, and Money Markets, is expanding its commercial organization with a dedicated Marketing Manager (all genders) — our first full-time marketing hire. As DIGITEC enters its next growth phase, marketing will play an important role in strengthening our market presence, supporting enterprise sales, and clearly communicating our value to global FX market participants. Reporting into the Head of Revenue Operations & Enablement, you will work closely with Sales, Product, and the CRO to deliver practical, revenue-aligned marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for a hands-on B2B marketer who enjoys ownership, variety, and building structure where little exists today. You will combine execution across core marketing channels with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-moving SaaS environment. We offer a hybrid working setup, with two office days per week, allowing you to enjoy flexibility while staying closely connected to the team.
Your Responsibilities
- Own and execute day-to-day marketing activities across brand, content, events, digital, and sales enablement.
- Support enterprise sales cycles by delivering relevant, high-quality marketing and sales collateral.
- Act as the main point of contact for marketing, working closely with Sales, Product, Revenue Operations, and Leadership.
- Plan and manage industry events end-to-end, including sponsorships, logistics, booth setup, and on-site coordination.
- Coordinate PR and content initiatives with our agency, producing thought leadership and market-facing communications.
- Maintain and improve all digital channels, including the corporate website and ongoing content updates.
- Grow DIGITEC’s LinkedIn presence through regular, expert-driven posts aligned with company messaging.
- Help define and track key marketing metrics, reporting on activity, impact, and ROI in collaboration with Revenue Operations.
- Put basic marketing processes and tools in place to support consistency and future growth.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or capital markets.
- Exposure to enterprise or complex sales environments with longer deal cycles.
- Strong hands-on skills across events, content, digital, branding, and sales support.
- Excellent writing and communication skills for a professional financial audience.
- Comfortable working closely with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress), CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
