DIGITEC GmbH seeks a Service Delivery & Supplier Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle for our D3 and OMS platforms—from validation to onboarding, go-live and BAU. You will govern service levels globally, define and improve the service delivery framework, and steer supplier procurement end to end.
This role blends governance, operations and commercial negotiation; you will work with Product, Engineering, Legal and Customer Success, ensuring SLAs, risk controls and cost optimization.
