We are hiring a Paid Social Director to shape ambitious social strategies and deliver meaningful results for some of the world’s leading brands. You will lead trusted client relationships, guide talented teams and turn insight into clear opportunities for growth. Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day paid social strategy and delivery across key client accounts, building trusted partnerships and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Turn business and media briefs into clear channel strategies, practical roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
  • Connect audience, creative, platform and measurement thinking to develop integrated brand and performance recommendations.
  • Oversee campaign activation, optimisation, reporting and budget governance, ensuring work is accurate, timely and commercially effective.
  • Translate performance data into focused, actionable recommendations that help clients and teams make informed decisions.
  • Champion responsible uses of AI, automation and emerging platform capabilities to improve planning, workflows and campaign effectiveness.
  • Coach and support team members, creating an inclusive environment where people can contribute, develop and experiment.

Qualifications

  • A strong track record of leading paid social activity across complex or large-scale client accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of major paid social platforms, including Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn, with curiosity about emerging channels.
  • The ability to develop clear strategies that connect platform activity with wider media, marketing and business objectives.
  • Experience managing acquisition and brand budgets, with sound commercial judgement and careful financial oversight.
  • A practical understanding of analytics, attribution, tracking, audience development, conversion measurement and campaign reporting.
  • Clear and engaging communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, lead discussions and present recommendations to stakeholders.
  • A collaborative leadership approach, with experience supporting teams and working effectively with creative, data, technology and media specialists.
