Overview
Digitas UK is looking for a Content Designer to join our Experience team. You’ll work collaboratively across design, UX, data and account teams to create clear, compelling, user‑centred content that delivers connected, high‑impact digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high‑quality content across key platforms, including messaging, navigation, IA, UX copy and calls to action
- Ensure content is clear, accessible, on‑brand and optimised for both users and SEO
- Use research, analytics and testing to improve journeys, reduce friction and drive better experiences
- Partner closely with designers, UX, SEO and clients to shape content strategy, roadmaps and roll‑outs
- Support new product launches and ongoing optimisation through thoughtful planning and iteration
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Content Designer (agency experience welcome but not essential)
- Strong understanding of user‑centred, evidence‑based design
- Confidence working directly with clients and presenting your thinking
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills across marketing and product content
- Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders
- Calm, thoughtful and constructive — especially when tackling complex challenges
