We're hiring for an Analytics Partner. You will play a crucial role in leading the UK Data capability at Digitas. You'll be responsible for managing direct client relationships and ensuring collaboration across data workstreams and agency capabilities, directly supporting our mission to drive strategic direction and enhance client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of data professionals, including 2 direct reports, fostering growth and collaboration.
- Develop and articulate a strategic vision, translating it into actionable technical and operational plans.
- Ensure inter-agency collaboration in activation, strategy, and planning, while maintaining client relationships.
- Enhance team capabilities through resourcing, training, and strategic initiatives.
- Simplify complex data concepts for client recommendations and pitches.
- Participate in business development, exploring both lateral and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Managing Partner and Leadership team to support strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership with experience in guiding and critiquing team outputs.
- Excellent client communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and articulate clear, strategic visions.
- Knowledge across reporting, dashboarding, data visualization, AI, and data science.
- Experience in project management, including writing SOWs and handling commercial implications.
- Strategic thinking and ability to initiate new workstreams from scratch.
- Empathetic communication, providing clear and actionable feedback to team members.
