We are hiring a CRM Executive to join our collaborative Digitas team, working on one of our most exciting global automotive clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape how brands connect with their audiences through multi-channel CRM campaigns that are purposeful and impactful. You’ll be at the centre of delivery - bringing campaigns to life with precision, curiosity, and care. What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the briefing and delivery of CRM campaigns across a portfolio of brands, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, building trust through clear and consistent communication.
  • Manage workflows and campaign delivery through project management tools, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Prepare weekly status updates and lead progress meetings, keeping all stakeholders aligned.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the UK, Italy, and India to deliver integrated, multi-channel responses.
