Job Description

Are you a proactive leader with a passion for driving innovation and delivering exceptional products? Digitas is looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to take the lead in a major engagement, working alongside a dynamic cross-discipline team focused on Experience Design, Engineering, and Delivery.

About the Role:

As a Product Manager at Digitas, you will:

  • Take ownership of the iterative design and improvement of a product or service, ensuring it meets the needs of users and stakeholders.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the product(s) and create a clear vision for core features, aligning them with strategic goals and KPIs.
  • Engage directly with clients to collaborate on product strategy, roadmap, and vision, challenging them to adopt innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion a clear vision for product features, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.
  • Communicate product requirements and prioritize features using an agreed framework.
  • Ensure representation of user and business needs in product initiatives.
  • Build partnerships and communicate achievements to team and stakeholders.
  • Report progress, risks, and opportunities to internal and client teams.
  • Embed best practices for successful product delivery.
  • Contribute to vision setting and strategic consultancy across diverse clients.
  • Support organic growth and new business by applying product thinking.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in agile environments (Scrum, Lean, Kanban).
  • Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Aha, and Miro.
  • Strong skills in defining product outcomes and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Experience in user research and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders and teams.
  • Ability to foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience working with Design/UX and Technology teams.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
