Overview

We are looking for an exceptionally talented Senior Visual Designer to join our creative team. This role is for a conceptual thinker with a passion for visual craft and a proven ability to create bold, ground-breaking design work. As a senior member of the team, you will be a collaborator, mentor, and creative inspiration—pushing boundaries and setting a high standard for design excellence. You will champion brand design and campaign visuals, delivering stunning on- and off-screen communications across still imagery, motion, and digital interfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Translate creative and client briefs into innovative design responses across brand design, campaign key visuals, and digital interfaces for responsive websites, products, and mobile applications.
  • Work independently while collaborating closely with creative teams to develop surprising concepts and impactful executions.
  • Research and gather relevant references, creating proposals, notional designs, prototypes, and animations that inspire and push creative boundaries.
  • Originate bespoke designs while confidently applying and evolving existing brand guidelines across multiple outputs.
  • Present and articulate design rationale clearly to internal teams and clients, elevating creative proposals through strong visual thinking.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, etc.), and cultural shifts to deliver cutting-edge design work.

Qualifications

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating advanced knowledge of design fundamentals, art direction, and conceptual thinking, including work beyond static design.
  • Extensive experience designing UI & UX for responsive websites, digital products, and mobile applications.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Keynote (experience with AI tools and 3D is a plus).
  • Strong conceptual and storytelling ability across digital, print, and motion design, including prototyping.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a pixel-perfect approach to design execution.
  • Passion for ideas, storytelling, and creating meaningful visual experiences.
