We are hiring a Resource Manager to play a central role in how creative, design and experience work comes to life across our business. This role sits at the heart of delivery – connecting people, projects and priorities so teams can do their best work.
Responsibilities
- Partnering closely with Creative, Design and Experience teams to understand skills, strengths and capacity across the business.
- Owning day‑to‑day resourcing for projects and retainers, ensuring work is planned and staffed effectively.
- Managing freelance and contractor requirements, from identification through onboarding.
- Forecasting short, medium and long‑term resourcing needs, including offshore support.
- Working with project and programme leads to cast teams that balance capability, availability and project goals.
- Analysing utilisation and forward‑planning data to surface insights and inform decision‑making.
- Proactively identifying resourcing risks or constraints and collaborating on practical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in a resourcing or workforce planning role, ideally within a creative or digital environment.
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and tailoring communication to different audiences.
- A structured, thoughtful approach to planning, problem‑solving and prioritisation.
- Comfort working with data, forecasts and resource management tools to inform decisions.
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage competing demands calmly and clearly.
- A collaborative mindset, built on trust, integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with a focus on building positive working relationships.
