Responsibilities
- Owning the planning, activation and ongoing management of paid social campaigns across major platforms
- Turning business and audience insight into smart channel and budget recommendations
- Leading optimisation and testing frameworks to continuously improve performance
- Monitoring and improving campaigns through regular performance‑led actions, from bids to creative refresh
- Playing a visible role in client communication, including status calls, reviews and performance updates
- Collaborating with wider media teams to ensure budgets, data and learnings are shared effectively
- Ensuring delivery is accurate and on time, from campaign launch through to financial reconciliation
Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience managing paid social campaigns within a digital media or agency environment
- A strong understanding of paid social platforms and how to reach and segment audiences effectively
- Confidence analysing performance data and translating it into clear recommendations
- Experience contributing to, or leading, client conversations with clarity and credibility
- The ability to work independently while supporting and guiding others when needed
- A detail‑focused approach that ensures accuracy from activation through to invoicing
