We are hiring a Paid Social Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping how some of the world’s most recognisable brands show up across social platforms. This role sits at the heart of our media craft—combining thoughtful planning, hands‑on activation and clear performance storytelling. You’ll work closely with clients and cross‑channel specialists to turn insight into impact, and connection into growth. Responsibilities

  • Owning the planning, activation and ongoing management of paid social campaigns across major platforms
  • Turning business and audience insight into smart channel and budget recommendations
  • Leading optimisation and testing frameworks to continuously improve performance
  • Monitoring and improving campaigns through regular performance‑led actions, from bids to creative refresh
  • Playing a visible role in client communication, including status calls, reviews and performance updates
  • Collaborating with wider media teams to ensure budgets, data and learnings are shared effectively
  • Ensuring delivery is accurate and on time, from campaign launch through to financial reconciliation

Qualifications

  • Hands‑on experience managing paid social campaigns within a digital media or agency environment
  • A strong understanding of paid social platforms and how to reach and segment audiences effectively
  • Confidence analysing performance data and translating it into clear recommendations
  • Experience contributing to, or leading, client conversations with clarity and credibility
  • The ability to work independently while supporting and guiding others when needed
  • A detail‑focused approach that ensures accuracy from activation through to invoicing
  • A collaborative mindset, with curiosity and openness to new ideas and opportunities
