Overview

We are hiring a Media Strategist to shape the future of media strategy for one of our largest and most influential global clients. This role sits at the heart of how brand and performance come together, bringing clarity, consistency and ambition across complex EMEA markets. You’ll balance big-picture strategic stewardship with hands-on influence, helping teams and clients make better decisions through insight, craft and collaboration. Responsibilities

  • Act as the senior strategic partner for a flagship global brand, providing retained guidance across full-funnel media activity.
  • Set clear strategic direction across EMEA markets, aligning local execution with shared regional and global objectives.
  • Turn data, research and market signals into actionable insight that improves effectiveness and investment decisions.
  • Lead and shape high-profile standalone strategy projects, from communications frameworks to budget setting and channel prioritisation.
  • Play a central role in new business pitches, defining the strategic narrative and ensuring alignment across media, data and creativity.
  • Collaborate closely with planning, activation, analytics.
