Own the briefing and delivery of CRM campaigns across a portfolio of brands, ensuring timely and high-quality execution. Act as a key point of contact for clients, building trust through clear and consistent communication. Manage workflows and campaign delivery through project management tools, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Support quality assurance processes, ensuring all CRM outputs meet agreed standards. Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance campaign performance, and keep pace with industry developments. Experience managing multiple projects and prioritising effectively to meet evolving client needs. Interest in CRM and digital marketing, with an eagerness to continue learning and developing.
