In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving client relationships and delivering data-led insights for a new client. You’ll be at the forefront of audience-first activation, leading the journey from insight to activation and measurement of audiences. This directly supports our mission to place audience-centric marketing at the core of everything we do to enhance media performance, improve customer engagement, and increase revenue.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive audience strategies, including segmentation, targeting, and personalisation.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimise strategies using data-driven insights.
- Partner with other Publicis agencies to integrate enriched data into audience workflows for high-quality insights and activation.
- Drive forward audience strategy using capabilities such as Data Clean Rooms, CDPs, and DMPs.
- Lead audience enrichment by identifying data gaps and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with analytics, marketing, and product teams to align strategies with business goals.
- Support post-campaign analysis and QBRs, focusing on impact and insights.
- Proactively identify and lead analysis on key topics to generate new actionable insight.
- Contribute to test and learn activities, providing strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Must be media fluent with a strong understanding of audience strategy and 1st party data activation.
- Expertise in Data Clean Rooms, CDP, GA4, and Adobe Analytics is essential.
- Ability to drive holistic strategies across creative and media.
- Proficiency in audience and market insights (GWI & TGI) is required; experience with Epsilon is a bonus.
- Experience in audience strategy across all marketing channels, both paid and owned.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships and lead multiple projects independently.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, PowerBI) is a bonus.
