We are hiring an Account Manager to join a collaborative, high‑performing CRM team working with PayPal in the UK. You’ll play a key role in delivering impactful CRM campaigns while building strong relationships with clients and teams alike. Responsibilities
- Own day‑to‑day client communication, building trusted relationships and guiding projects from brief through to delivery
- Translate client needs into clear, actionable briefs that support effective campaign development
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver CRM campaigns across email, website, app and push channels
- Manage timelines, priorities and workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Review and coordinate feedback, helping teams refine work and maintain quality across deliverables
- Support reporting, status updates and documentation to ensure visibility and alignment across stakeholders
- Anticipate risks or bottlenecks early and propose practical solutions to keep work progressing smoothly
Qualifications
- Experience supporting or managing client relationships, ideally within CRM or marketing
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across teams and build positive working relationships
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work
- Problem‑solving approach, with the confidence to suggest improvements and challenge constructively
- Interest in digital marketing, CRM strategy and customer experience
