We do this by creating digital‑first experiences that respond to the real needs of consumers, patients and health professionals. As part of Publicis Health, our team works to bring applied innovation to a range of global, EMEA and UK clients, working in collaboration with other DH offices in Philadelphia, New York, San Francisco and sister agencies in London and around the world.

As a Senior Strategist, you will play a leading role in delivering our vision of digital‑first work that is highly creative and driven by data. You will advocate for an audience‑first approach in all you do. Most of your time will be spent working with existing and potential clients on project work but there will be time for new business pitches, workshop facilitation and contributing to agency culture. You will have the confidence and maturity to help clients on their change journeys, shaping test‑and‑learn pilots that gather data and insights, running workshops and building growth, brand and creative strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead brand planning process with full understanding of brand challenges and market conditions
  • Analyse the customer funnel and journey to uncover points of friction, leakage points and growth opportunities
  • Translate commercial objectives into clear marketing objectives
  • Lead the positioning process for launch of major global brands
  • Deliver groundbreaking creative strategy that has the potential to be category changing and win awards
  • Develop creative briefs and deliver briefings that engage and inspire our creative team
  • Develop Innovative PESO ideas that offer creative opportunities and deliver impact
  • Own and lead the strategic direction for new business pitches
  • Run audience interviews/surveys to extract insight
  • Strengthen scientific narratives, messaging and positioning
  • Input on brand and campaign measurement frameworks

Qualifications

  • You are an experienced strategist, skilled at unpacking complex business challenges, discerning insights, and shaping plans that drive business results
  • Ideally you have direct healthcare experience; if you don’t, you can connect what you’ve learned outside of healthcare into this industry. Either way you have a genuine excitement about the work we do
  • You are an excellent and concise communicator in person and on the page
  • You have a high level of AI‑fluency; understanding where AI improves the strategy process, whilst never relying on AI to do your thinking
  • You are able to review, analyse and synthesise complicated and detailed inputs, from client business plans to audience intelligence
  • You are a confident presenter, able to create and deliver, elegant, simple strategic presentations that persuade and drive change
  • You are comfortable designing and leading workshops and moderating large cross‑functional meetings F2F, online and hybrid
