We are hiring a Designer to help create impactful, intelligent and effective communications that genuinely improve the experience of healthcare. At Digitas Health London, design plays a central role in how people connect with health brands, shaping behaviours, building trust and delivering meaningful experiences across digital platforms. Responsibilities
- Supporting creative and design leads across a variety of projects, contributing to a collaborative and high‑quality design process
- Taking visual design work from early concept through to final delivery across digital platforms
- Creating clear, thoughtful and engaging designs grounded in strong principles of typography, colour, layout and accessibility
- Designing assets across channels including mobile, web, content and campaigns
- Turning written or sketched ideas into polished, presentation‑ready design work
- Presenting design ideas clearly and confidently to team members and stakeholders
- Iterating and refining work in response to feedback, ensuring the best possible outcome
Qualifications
- Experience working as a Designer within an agency or cross‑disciplinary team
- Strong visual design skills with an understanding of responsive, mobile‑first & multi-channel design
- A user‑centred mindset with knowledge of usability, accessibility and web standards
- Ability to design across multiple media including digital, print and motion
- Confidence collaborating with others and contributing positively to shared goals
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with working knowledge of Figma, plus a portfolio showcasing varied, high‑quality design work
