We work with science-led clients to launch and develop health brands for sustained growth. We do this by creating digital-first experiences that respond to the real needs of consumers, patients and health professionals. Human needs, illuminated by data, so brands show up when and where they can be truly valuable. New tech platforms, data-driven engagement models, and digital product divisions may be foundational to the current wave of change, but its ideas, experiences and stories that inspire people to change behaviour.

As part of Publicis Health, our team works to bring applied innovation to a range of global, EMEA and UK clients, working in collaboration with other DH offices in Philadelphia, New York, San Francisco and sister agencies in London and around the world. We’re looking for a Senior Account Director to join our team - a strategic thinker with in-depth experience delivering digital, media, and production projects and campaigns for healthcare brands.

Our work can take on many different forms from product design through to brand launches and omnichannel frameworks. As a Senior Account Director, you will be able to flex across these types of work pulling in different methodologies as needed to always ensure our client needs are met and expectations exceeded. But at the heart of it you will be human, intuitive and kind – working with different levels helping grow and inspire them whilst being inspired yourself!

  • Actively seeking opportunities for further account development
  • Building relationships with project clients and senior client leads
  • Building partnerships internally across all agency capabilities
  • Line managing supporting account team
  • Representing brand team at key agency meetings
  • Monitoring revenue and profitability to ensure they are on track
  • Collaborating with Project Management team on project scopes and forecasts

Experience within a healthcare agency, working at Senior Account Director level. Passionate about helping innovate and re-imagine the ideal health experience. Proven experience with delivering digital-first campaigns and omnichannel programmes, paid media campaigns, audience and segmentation strategy projects and brand launches. Proven experience at building businesses through organic growth. Highly developed team building and interpersonal skills.

Please note: our teams work 3 days a week from our office, and 2 from home.
