WHAT IS THE ROLE
We’re looking for an Associate Director to join our team - working with our global pharma client across multiple oncology brands. Our work can take on many different forms from product design through to brand launches and omnichannel frameworks. As an Associate Director, you will be able to flex across these types of work pulling in different methodologies as needed to always ensure our client needs are met and expectations exceeded. But at the heart of it you will be human, intuitive and kind – working with different levels helping grow and inspire them whilst being inspired yourself!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Taking ownership of the day-to-day relationship with the client
- Actively seeking opportunities for further account development
- Taking ownership of problem solving perceived or potential issues
- Building relationships with project clients and senior client leads
- Building partnerships internally across all agency capabilities
- Providing guidance and motivation to the wider team
- Line managing supporting account team
- Representing brand team at key agency meetings
- Monitoring revenue and profitability to ensure they are on track
- Collaborating with Project Management team on project scopes and forecasts
WHO YOU ARE
Experience within a healthcare agency, working at Associate Director level. We're open to med comms experience (with a commercial focus) or advertising background.
Experience within, and passion for oncology.
Passionate about the science behind the brand.
Autonomous, collaborative and inclusive in your approach.
Passionate about helping innovate and re-imagine the ideal health experience.
Proven experience with delivering digital-first campaigns and omnichannel programmes, paid media campaigns, audience and segmentation strategy projects and brand launches.
Proven experience at building businesses through organic growth.
Strong communication skills.
Highly developed team building and interpersonal skills.
Please note: our teams work 3 days a week from our office, and 2 from home.
