The Role

DigitalXRAID is looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager (BDM) to help accelerate our growth across new logo acquisition and strategic account development. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a winning mentality and experience selling cybersecurity services to make a real impact.

You\’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities-driving your own pipeline from prospecting to contract signature. In addition, you\’ll work closely with our marketing and technical teams to ensure prospects are guided through a consultative, value-led sales journey.

This is a highly visible, target-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes full ownership of their success, and is motivated by results.

You will be responsible for

  • Acting as a true new business hunter, driven by success and motivated by uncapped earning potential
  • Demonstrating determination and a tactical approach to prospecting and lead generation
  • Proactively sourcing and engaging prospects through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking
  • Generating and qualifying high-quality sales opportunities aligned with DigitalXRAID\’s core services
  • Leading customer discovery sessions, scoping calls, and solution briefings with professionalism and confidence
  • Going the extra mile to consistently exceed KPIs and performance metrics
  • Preparing and delivering compelling sales proposals tailored to client needs
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM (Zoho)
  • Ensuring the quality of your sales pipeline is consistently high to support reliable forecasting
  • Showing resilience and grit in a fast-paced, competitive, and target-driven environment
  • Committing to your own career development and growth as part of a high-performing team

Core Requirements

  • Proven experience in selling security solutions or IT services-preferably within the cybersecurity sector
  • Demonstrated success in a Business Development Manager or similar new business sales role
  • Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Confident managing high-level negotiations with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho experience is a plus)
  • Highly organised with strong time management and planning capabilities
  • Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment (e.g. recruitment, telecoms, SaaS, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently to drive results
