Seeking an AI Ethics & Compliance Specialist to ensure AI-driven products and solutions align with evolving European regulations and ethical standards. In this role, you will work at the intersection of technology, law, and ethics, ensuring that our AI systems are transparent, fair, secure, and compliant with frameworks such as the EU AI Act and GDPR.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure AI systems comply with EU regulations (EU AI Act, GDPR)
- Develop and implement AI governance frameworks and policies
- Conduct AI risk assessments and impact evaluations
- Monitor and mitigate bias, fairness, and transparency issues in AI models
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical AI practices into development
- Support audits, documentation, and regulatory reporting
- Stay updated on evolving AI laws, standards, and best practices
- Strong understanding of AI/ML systems and data workflows
- Knowledge of data protection laws (GDPR) and AI regulations
- Experience with risk assessment, compliance, or governance frameworks
- Familiarity with model explainability, bias detection, and fairness techniques
- Ability to translate legal requirements into technical implementation
- EU AI Act (or similar regulatory frameworks)
- GDPR and data privacy principles
- AI risk classification & documentation
- Responsible AI / Ethical AI frameworks
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Law, Public Policy, or related field
