About the Job:

We are looking to appoint enthusiastic, motivated health care support assistants with a passion for caring to join our dedicated team on Parkside Ward. The unit is a surgical ward caring for NHS and private patients. As a health care assistant, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, playing a key role in delivering fundamental patient care under the supervision of a nurse, while supporting patients to achieve shared goals. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and adaptability to new challenges as the service develops.

Main duties of the job

Experience in a care setting is advantageous, but all necessary skills training, professional updates, and mandatory training will be provided.
