We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in care homes and home care settings, ensuring their comfort and well-being. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a good command of English, and the ability to follow care plans effectively.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Support the implementation of individual care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
