A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Senior Care Assistant to work in an exceptional care home based in the Leyland, Lancashire area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading health care providers. This is a purpose-built home that works closely with residents to provide high-quality nursing and residential care.

Requirements:

  • To be considered for this position, you must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.

Key duties include:

  • Managing the care team within the Home.
  • Ensuring care staff adhere to CQC guidelines while providing exceptional care.
  • Promoting and delivering high standards of care and supervision.
  • Instructing less experienced staff to contribute effectively to care.

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Experience working in an elderly care setting.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and well-organized.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Dependable, able to work under pressure, flexible.

Salary and benefits:

  • The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate of £13.50, totaling an annual salary of £15,444.
