To strengthen our team and further develop the bank, we are looking for a Marketing Officer to support and help execute the marketing and communication strategy.
- Tasks
- Online & Offline marketing.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely execution of marketing projects & campaigns (online, radio, TV, print, events).
Closely follow the project scope and deadlines throughout the project life cycle.
Accurate and timely delivery of marketing content such as banners, texts, documents (brochures, quarterly report).
- Analyse and control the performance of paid search results, organic search results and affiliate programs. Identify possible strategic enhancements and share best practices.
- Social media management (publication of content & engagement in conversations with customers or prospects).
- Update on a daily basis the Marketing Dashboard with KPIs: website audience, conversions, traffic sources, sales funnel and campaign advertising results.
- Website: Analyse clicks and conversion rates on website; run A/B tests on a continuous basis; quickly synthesize results and propose changes to optimize performance and ROI; support the introduction of new functionalities and products; propose texts and layout.
- E‑mail marketing: create commercial e‑mails with the objective to inform, up‑ and cross‑sell; track, measure, report and improve results.
- Marketing database & research: collect, centralise and analyse customer information; set up and follow‑up of a monthly client satisfaction survey (Net Promoter Score); support the setup and execution of market and brand research.
Experience & Profile
- A bachelor or master in Marketing, Communication.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a marketing or communication environment.
- Fluency in French, Dutch and English.
- Analytical skills, experience with project-based working and managing external suppliers.
- Eager to learn and follow up on the latest marketing trends.
- Flexible, able to multitask and a team player.
- Comfortable in a dynamic and continuously changing environment.
- Graphical knowledge is a plus.
- Banking experience is a plus.
