About the Role: As our Studio & Artwork Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering in-house creative solutions that support our UK business. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the correct use of brand guidelines, tone of voice, and customer vision, while collaborating with third-party agencies and partners to maintain brand integrity. This is a mainly remote role, with travel to our Eagle Court offices in Sheldon twice a month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Delivery: Produce innovative marketing assets and materials on time and within budget, supporting the business with impactful designs.
- Brand Management: Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, asset agreements, and customer-centric creative solutions.
- Digital Asset Management (DAM): Manage and extend our DAM system for self-service digital tools, ensuring the addition and removal of assets aligns with agreements.
- Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, teaching the benefits of campaigns and representing the voice of our UK customers.
- Leadership: Foster collaboration, maximise productivity, and lead the creative team to deliver exceptional results.
What We’re Looking For:
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills to liaise with colleagues and third parties.
- Proven project management skills to oversee multiple creative projects, ensuring timely delivery within quality standards and budget constraints.
- Meticulous attention to detail for quality assurance, ensuring all artwork meets brand guidelines and client requirements.
- Leadership and development skills to inspire and guide the team.
Key Relationships: You’ll regularly interact with the Marketing and Digital Team, Sales Team, Business Key Stakeholders, and Enabling Functions (e.g., HR, IT, Legal & Finance).
