We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in outside sales, business development, and account management. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets within assigned territories.
- Conduct cold calling, lead generation, and outreach to prospective clients through various channels.
- Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness.

Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight effectively.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing leads and customer relationships.
- Ability to perform product demos, conduct analysis, and develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required.
- Demonstrated ability in cold calling, lead generation, and direct sales strategies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to analyze data for insights that inform sales strategies.
