Hire Digital is looking for a Paid Media Specialist. This is an on-site role for a hands-on paid media expert who can plan, execute, and optimise high-performing campaigns across major advertising platforms. The ideal candidate is analytical, commercially minded, and confident translating data into meaningful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms (e.g., StackAdapt).
- Optimise campaigns daily/weekly to improve ROI, CPL, ROAS, and overall performance.
- Monitor and adjust targeting, bidding strategies, budgets, and creative testing.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
- Build clear, business-focused dashboards in Looker Studio.
- Translate campaign data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to strengthen media plans.
- Manage budgets responsibly and ensure alignment with client growth targets.
- Maintain strong account structure, naming conventions, and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, and client teams to ensure campaigns drive measurable commercial results.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in performance media (agency experience preferred).
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager setup and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Looker Studio reporting.
- Solid understanding of attribution models and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate performance insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
