We're looking for an individual with a developer mindset and a passion for real‐world impact. In this client‐facing full‐time permanent role, you'll work closely with local and international customers driving automation design, development, and deployment. You'll bridge technology and business, helping processes become more efficient, scalable and intelligent.

What you'll do:

  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Blue Prism, UiPath or Power Automate.
  • Lead or support process analysis, working with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and optimize business workflows. You need to feel confident in leading workshops and meetings.
  • Verify and validate business cases, ensuring that automation projects deliver clear, measurable benefits.
  • Collaborate with cross‐functional teams, including business analysts, developers and process owners, to ensure seamless delivery and adoption.
  • Ensure quality and documentation, following best practices throughout the RPA lifecycle.
  • Continuously innovate, exploring new RPA features, AI integration and opportunities for scaling automation across the organization.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) developing automation solutions with Blue Prism, UiPath or Power Automate.
  • Deep understanding of the RPA lifecycle, from process assessment to production support.
  • Experience working in complex, regulated environments – healthcare sector experience is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of API integration, data management and orchestration workflows.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
  • At least one RPA certificate, advanced certification is an advantage.
