As an Account Director (UK Healthcare), you will drive growth across a portfolio of existing NHS customer accounts. You will develop new relationships with key stakeholders, identify untapped opportunities, and build long‑term strategic partnerships with our customers. You will also be responsible for introducing more sophisticated automation and AI solutions to our NHS customer base. Primarily a remote role based in the UK, this position requires regular travel to customer sites and in‑person team events, with occasional international travel within Europe.
What You Will Do
- Drive account expansion: originate new automation opportunities within the customer portfolio and lead platform and services upsells.
- Develop strategic relationships at executive level: build trusted relationships with multiple C‑level NHS stakeholders.
- Develop and execute account plans: work closely with the Customer Success team to create structured account plans focused on revenue growth and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles: take full ownership from first engagement to contract signature, securing funding and closing upsells.
- Create market presence: build credibility within the NHS ecosystem through networks, events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain pipeline: generate a high‑quality pipeline aligned to growth targets and manage forecasting and deal progression.

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience selling into or working within the NHS.
- Deep understanding of Trust structures, ICBs, and the NHS funding and priority landscape.
- Strong existing network across NHS Trusts, ICBs, and NHS Bodies.
- Strong strategic and commercial skills.
- Experience in automation, AI, digital transformation, enterprise SaaS, or consulting services highly valued.
Compensation
OTE Range: £104k – £120k per annum
