A fast-scaling, AI-enabled property technology business is hiring an Integrations Manager to help embed newly acquired businesses into a rapidly growing operational platform. Backed by leading investors and scaling quickly through acquisition, the business is modernising a fragmented sector through technology, automation and operational excellence. Integration is one of the most important functions in the company, and this role sits right at the centre of it. This is not a pure project management role; it is highly operational and hands-on.
You will spend significant time inside acquired businesses, understanding how they actually work, fixing operational issues, implementing new processes and helping teams adapt through change.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 + 10% bonus + share options
Location: London preferred, or UK based with regular London travel
Travel: Extensive UK travel, typically 3 days per week onsite within acquired businesses
What you’ll be doing:
- Embed within newly acquired businesses to understand operational workflows and identify inefficiencies
- Map out real-world processes across operations, invoicing, suppliers and customer management
- Lead operational stabilisation during the first 30 to 90 days post-acquisition
- Roll out new systems, processes and AI-enabled operational tooling
- Resolve operational issues including invoicing gaps, missing contracts, supplier onboarding and reporting inconsistencies
- Work closely with finance, operations, product and leadership teams to improve how businesses operate
- Build trust quickly with acquired teams and support them through periods of change
- Continuously improve integration playbooks and operational frameworks based on real-world learning
What you’ll need:
- Experience within integrations, operations, transformation, consultancy or operational delivery roles
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Comfortable operating in highly hands-on environments rather than purely strategic or reporting-led roles
- Ability to build relationships quickly across all levels of a business
- Resilient and adaptable with willingness to travel extensively across the UK
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to bring structure to operationally messy environments
- Experience within acquisitive businesses, multi-site environments or integration programmes is highly beneficial
- Backgrounds similar to operational consulting, Chief of Staff, transformation or integration delivery environments would align well
This role would suit someone who enjoys being inside businesses, solving operational problems hands-on and seeing the direct impact of their work within weeks rather than months.
