I am currently working with a rapidly expanding group that is seeking their first in-house UX/UI Designer to join their thriving team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the digital experiences of two distinct and growing brands, with a company who are passionate about exceptional user experience!

Location: Oxford (hybrid)

Salary: Up to £50K (DOE)

Responsibilities:

  • Dive deep into user needs through comprehensive research and analysis.
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to identify best-in-class UI/UX strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive and impactful user experiences.
  • Translate business requirements into intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces.
  • Craft compelling wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web, app, and mobile platforms using tools like Figma.
  • Work hand-in-hand with developers to bring your designs to life.
  • Contribute to Agile development processes, ensuring design feasibility and timely delivery.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio that speaks volumes.
  • Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • A strong track record in designing for diverse platforms (web, app, mobile).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to articulate design concepts with clarity.
  • Experience working within Agile development teams.
  • An unwavering attention to detail and a passion for creating outstanding user experiences.
  • A solid understanding of design accessibility principles (WAI).
  • Experience designing within B2C - either in-house or agency!
