The important bit upfront: This isn’t a traditional 9am–5pm UK recruitment role. You’ll be recruiting into the US Tech market , so we need you available when US candidates and clients are actually online. We’re very flexible about how that looks. Your week could be something like: Thursday: Shorter day from our Birmingham office to catch up with the wider team Or you might prefer 2pm–10pm , 4pm–12am , or a mixture depending on the roles you’re working.
