A growing technology services team is looking for a hands-on Microsoft 365 specialist to support the rollout and optimisation of modern workplace solutions for their customers. You’ll take ownership of delivering end-to-end M365 projects, from initial scoping and design through to configuration, deployment, and handover. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, solving complex technical challenges, and shaping secure, resilient cloud environments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with customers to understand their goals and map these to practical M365 implementations.
- Architect and roll out Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams (including telephony), Intune, and Azure AD.
- Configure and manage compliance, governance, and security settings across the M365 ecosystem.
- Produce clear documentation for build processes, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Keep informed of emerging technologies and best practices to advise on improvements and future enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal delivery, sales, and support teams to ensure smooth project execution and a positive customer experience.
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated background in a Microsoft 365 engineering or implementation role.
- Strong understanding of M365 administration, portals, and service configurations.
- Experience using PowerShell to automate tasks and streamline management.
- Knowledge of Intune, Conditional Access, device compliance, and security policies.
- Solid grasp of identity and access management concepts, especially within Azure AD.
- Confident communicator who can work both independently and collaboratively.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Relevant Microsoft accreditations (e.g., MS-102 or similar).
- Exposure to hybrid Exchange environments.
