I’m working on behalf of a fast-growing, purpose-driven business in the UK leisure and family sector to find a talented Senior SEO & Content Specialist. If you thrive on combining data-led performance strategy with compelling storytelling, and want your work to make a real difference - this one’s for you.

The company is an industry leader in its space and is scaling rapidly across both its B2C and B2B offerings. With an ambitious marketing roadmap, this role is central to driving organic visibility, content performance, and membership growth.

About the Role:

As Senior SEO & Content Specialist, you’ll take full ownership of the organic search strategy — from optimising high-traffic landing pages and blog content, to shaping persuasive copy for membership products and campaigns.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • SEO optimisation across listings, ticket pages, and blog content using best practice techniques
  • Conducting keyword research, performance analysis, and competitor audits
  • Monitoring performance via Google Search Console, GA4, and Semrush
  • Leading copy strategy to drive VIP product conversion, engagement, and brand consistency
  • Staying on top of SEO trends and turning insights into action across campaigns
  • Collaborating with the wider marketing team to shape tone of voice and user journeys

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of experience in an SEO/content-focused role (agency or in-house)
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt tone across family and B2B audiences
  • Proficient in tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush or Ahrefs
  • Commercial and data-driven mindset with a passion for testing and optimising
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative in fast-moving environments
  • Bonus if you’ve used Mailchimp or Monday.com

What’s on Offer:

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Flexible hybrid working
  • 25 days holiday
  • Free membership to the company’s core product (with access to top UK attractions)
  • Regular opportunities to see your work directly impact business performance
  • Supportive team culture and opportunities for progression in a scaling business

If you’re ready to step into a role where your SEO and content expertise will drive real growth — I’d love to hear from you.
