We’re looking for a talented IT Support professional to join a dynamic team. This role combines hands-on IT support with software development, offering a unique opportunity to work across both infrastructure and proprietary applications.

What you’ll do

  • Provide general IT support, including setting up Windows PCs/laptops and installing software.
  • Deliver basic training on company-wide systems.
  • Collaborate with external IT support to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Maintain and upgrade servers, as well as customer devices.
  • Develop, improve, and maintain in-house software applications, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
  • Build reports, manage data, and implement system improvements.
  • Review and mitigate security vulnerabilities.
  • Maintain DevOps workflow and log/update bugs or change requests.
  • Manage expense and data systems, ensuring accuracy and alignment with accounting and regulatory requirements.
