Job Title: Site Manager – Structured Cabling 📍 Location: Camden Town, London (site-based) 💰 Salary: £37,000 – £40,000 🗓 Working Pattern: Monday–Friday We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead and deliver high-quality structured cabling projects in the Camden Town area. You’ll be the on-site driving force, ensuring that every installation is safe, efficient, and meets exacting standards—while keeping projects on schedule and clients fully informed. Key Responsibilities * Lead and motivate teams of 4–8 engineers/supervisors to deliver projects on time and to specification. * Manage Health & Safety compliance on site at all times. * Coordinate and order materials, maintaining cost control. * Liaise with clients, providing updates and resolving site issues promptly. * Read and update drawings, produce patching schedules, and prepare handover documentation. * Conduct progress inspections and quality audits to ensure top-level delivery. * Maintain a professional, efficient, and productive site environment. About You * Proven experience in structured cabling or data centre installations. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to perform under pressure. * Excellent understanding of cabling standards, documentation, and H&S practices. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project). * Confident communicator with client-facing experience.
