Digital Waffle is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Birmingham. We’re a specialist agency that recruits across digital, tech, marketing, and creative industries — and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact without the usual corporate nonsense. Role: Recruitment Consultant
Salary: Competitive + 20% commission
Location: Birmingham City Centre – Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office (Tuesday to Thursday)
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process across digital, tech, or creative sectors
- Building long-term client relationships through proactive business development
- Writing and optimising job adverts to attract top talent
- Headhunting and qualifying candidates through multiple sourcing channels
- Managing interviews, offers, and placements with professionalism and pace
- Collaborating with a close-knit, supportive team to share leads, insights, and successes
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience in recruitment (any market considered)
- A genuine interest in digital, tech, or creative industries
- Confidence in managing both client and candidate relationships
- Commercial awareness and an eye for opportunity
- Ambition, energy, and a people-first approach to your work
