The Senior Paid Media Manager will oversee paid media strategies for inspiring businesses, with a manageable client load, the role emphasises quality over quantity, akin to a boutique strategy consulting approach.

Salary: up to £55,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage paid media campaigns for various high-end e-commerce clients.
- Develop and execute full-funnel, 360-degree strategies.
- Analyse performance, strategise improvements, and execute campaigns.
- Provide input on creative briefs and evaluate the effectiveness of creative assets.
- Collaborate with senior team members and support from juniors and technical experts.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has 3+ years of commercial experience running Meta ads and at least 1 year of TikTok ads for multiple e-commerce brands
- Ideally, you will come from a small agency
