A growing Microsoft-focused digital consultancy is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of software development projects. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who’s as comfortable managing complex technical projects as they are engaging with customers and delivery teams. Due to the nature of the role, a background in software development is a must!
You’ll join a business known for delivering modern, intelligent solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI-driven automation. The company offers a no-politics culture, the opportunity to work with cutting-edge Microsoft technologies, and a genuine focus on professional growth.
Role: Senior Delivery Manager
Salary: £90,000 – £100,000 per annum
Location: Guildford – Hybrid (2 days per week onsite)
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the delivery of software and digital transformation projects in an Agile environment
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and technical resources across multiple concurrent projects
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure high-quality delivery across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure-based solutions
- Engage directly with clients to define requirements, manage expectations, and deliver exceptional outcomes
- Support and coach junior team members, promoting Agile best practices across delivery teams
- Contribute to solution design, estimation, and bid responses for new business opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement across project processes and delivery frameworks
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or Senior Delivery Manager
- Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, particularly Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure
- Hands-on experience delivering Agile software development projects
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience producing project estimates, proposals, and tender responses
- A methodical and delivery-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
