Associate Director to help lead the next phase of its growth.
Working with some of the UK’s best-known consumer, retail and lifestyle brands, you’ll take ownership of key client relationships, lead integrated PR campaigns and play an active role in developing both the team and the agency.

- What you’ll be doing
- Lead the strategic direction and delivery of integrated consumer PR campaigns across a portfolio of retail, consumer and lifestyle brands.
- Act as the senior point of contact for clients, providing strategic counsel while building long-term relationships.
- Manage campaign budgets, forecasting, account profitability and commercial performance.
- Develop creative campaign ideas that generate meaningful media coverage and commercial impact.
- Lead, mentor and develop junior members of the PR team, helping them grow their careers.
- Support new business activity through pitches, presentations and strategic input.
- Work closely with senior leadership to help shape agency growth and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with publishers, influencers and media partners to maximise campaign performance.
- What you’ll need
- Strong consumer PR agency experience, ideally across retail, consumer lifestyle or FMCG brands.
- Previous experience operating at Senior Account Manager, Account Director or
Associate Director level.
- Experience managing major client relationships and delivering strategic communications programmes.
- Excellent commercial awareness with confidence managing budgets, forecasting and account profitability.
- Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills, with experience managing campaign budgets and financial reporting.
- Experience leading, mentoring and developing PR teams.
- Excellent media relationships across consumer and retail publications.
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns across PR, content and social channels.
- Comfortable working within a small, entrepreneurial agency where everyone contributes.
- A genuine passion for consumer brands and a well-researched understanding of the agency and its clients.
- Experience working with publishers or affiliate marketing campaigns would be advantageous.
- Applicants from hospitality or trade PR backgrounds are unlikely to be suitable for this position.
