My client is a boutique marketing agency specialising in luxury ecommerce brands and is seeking a Paid Media Director to lead strategy and performance across paid social and paid search channels for a portfolio of premium consumer clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing and scaling campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube, with a deep understanding of ecommerce acquisition, attribution, and performance marketing KPIs. This person will oversee media strategy, budget allocation, campaign optimization, and client communication while working closely with creative and account management teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading paid social and paid search strategy across ecommerce accounts
  • Managing and optimizing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and other digital platforms
  • Analyzing performance data to improve ROAS, CAC, and overall revenue growth
