A leading professional services firm is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive its digital marketing strategy, optimising client acquisition, retention, and engagement. This role will play a key part in shaping the marketing vision, influencing senior leadership, and ensuring marketing efforts translate into tangible business growth.
This is a high-impact position focused on paid media, SEO, CRO, and analytics, with the goal of maximising lead generation, brand visibility, and revenue growth. - Agency & Vendor Management: Oversee partnerships to ensure performance marketing objectives are met.
- A/B Testing & Optimisation: Run experiments to enhance messaging, creative, and audience targeting.
- Marketing Automation: Oversee CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to improve engagement and retention.
- Team Development: Build and lead a scalable marketing team, setting the foundation for long-term success over the next 5–10 years.
