We’re looking for a Network Infrastructure Engineer to join a technology-driven business and play a key role in managing and improving their IT infrastructure. This is a hands-on role covering Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and Hyper-V, with responsibility for both day-to-day operations and long-term projects.

The Role

  • Administer and support Windows Server, AD, Hyper-V, and Azure environments
  • Monitor and optimise network/server performance, security, and backups
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues across Microsoft and Linux systems
  • Provide 3rd line support and guidance to the wider IT team
  • Liaise with vendors and implement system upgrades and improvements

About You

  • Strong experience with Microsoft and virtualisation technologies
  • Knowledge of SANs, networking, and Office 365
  • Good understanding of IT security protocols and compliance
  • Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell desirable)
  • CCNA Certification needed, (MCSE advantageous)
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
