A well-known, fast-growing food & beverage and lifestyle brand is looking for a Motion Designer & Video Editor as they continue their journey of global expansion. This role sits at the intersection of design, storytelling, and emerging technology, focusing on producing premium motion content to elevate the brand's digital presence globally.

Responsibilities

  • Edit high-impact video content: Turn raw footage into polished, brand-aligned narratives for social media (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), campaign launches, and store openings with strong pacing and visual flow.
  • Motion Graphics & Animation: Design and animate 2D elements, text, logos, and in-store menu board visuals to elevate visual storytelling.
  • AI-Assisted Workflow: Leverage AI-powered creative tools to generate visual assets, environments, and video content to deliver innovative work at scale.
  • Narrative & Sound Design: Craft compelling narratives by managing timing, sound design, and visual rhythm.
  • Multi-Platform Optimization: Optimize and export assets for various formats and ratios (Social, Web, Digital Screens) ensuring all technical specifications are met.
  • Template Development: Create reusable motion templates for global teams to maintain brand consistency during expansion.

Requirements

  • Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong experience in motion graphics, typography animation, and compositing.
  • AI Proficiency: Experience with AI video platforms, generative tools, and AI-assisted editing workflows.
