A global presentations and communications agency, certified as a \”Great Place To Work\” and famed for its creative work with international high-growth enterprises, is on the hunt for a Microsoft Account Manager to join the team, working alongside the Account Director on the Microsoft account, to manage complex projects, lead client communications and co-ordinate the internal team.
If you have at least three years of experience working within a creative/marketing agency, the ability to work on multiple projects at once and experience communicating effectively with clients, then this role may be the one for you.
Location: Leicester (Three days per week, onsite)
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Requirements
– At least three years experience in a coordination, admin or deliver support position, ideally within a creative or marketing agency
– Demonstrable experience working at pace whilst managing multiple deadlines
– Willing to take ownership of project delivery, including briefings, client communications, deadlines and internal stakeholder management
– A self-starter with the ability to solve problems rather than escalating them
– Capable of communicating clearly, ensuring both clients and the internal team have a strong comprehension of requirements
– Experience with the use of relevant tech, including Scoro, Monday, Smartsheet or similar
– Comfortable adjusting working hours when needed to support US time zones (this is supported with flexible working arrangements)
– Although not compulsory, previous experience working with an enterprise technology client is desirable
